Pricing depends on group size, dates, and which package you choose — a Grand Prix weekend and a quiet November weekend are very different trips. Tell us your group size and budget and we send a written quote within 24 hours, with no obligation.
Six to eight weeks is comfortable for most weekends. For Grand Prix, Osheaga, Jazz Fest, or Just For Laughs, book three to four months out — hotels and tables in those weeks sell out well ahead.
Typically 8 to 30. Smaller groups work fine, and we have run considerably larger ones — larger crews just need more lead time for tables and transport.
